Three piece set consisting of a maxi skirt, a sleeveless top and a short sleeve shirt. The set is made from a flowing silk printed with repeating small red and white detailed flowers with their foliage. The motif is repeated in diagonal lines on a black background. The selvedge of the fabric, seen at the hem of the skirt, the hem of the sleeveless top and across the shoulders of the shirt, consists of two spaced rows of the floral motif and the designers name 'Oleg Cassini' printed in cream at varying intervals.
The shirt of the set (A) is created in the style of a loose short sleeve blouse. No fastenings are placed at the central opening, but long fabric ties are attached to either side of the round neckline and can be tied in a bow to secure the shirt.
The sleeveless top (B) has a wide loose cut, a scooped neckline at the front and back of the shirt and no fastenings. A small slit is placed at each side seam extending 12 cm up from the hem of the top.
The skirt of the set (C) sits high on the waist and is fastened with a zip and hook an eye closure which is no longer present. The fabric of the skirt is gathered softly into the waistband of the skirt allowing a looseness and flow to the skirt and making movement easier for the wearer.
