Two piece set by Norman Norell for his brand Traina-Norell made from a mushroom coloured/grey woven wool. 
The jacket of the set (A) has a short boxy cut and a rounded peter-pan style collar. The jacket is fastened at the center front with three clear plastic buttons. On either side of the central opening is a patch pocket which sit at chest hight. The sleeves are three quarter lengths and end in a turned back cuff and a column of three clear plastic buttons. The jacket has a silk lining in grey, and the store label is stitched to the lining at the back of the jacket.
The skirt of the set (B) has a straight narrow cut and is fastened with a zipper and two hook and eye closures at the left hip. Below the waistband the outline of a pocket opening is stitched. The skirt is lined in cream coloured silk.
