שמלה ורודה משנות ה-60 ללא שרוולים. לשמלה חתך מותן גבוה בצורת האות ״M" ומפתח צוואר עגול. חצאית השמלה נרכסת באמצעות רוכסן באמצע גב, וחלקה העליון בעזרת ארבעה כפתורים המצופים בבד השמלה. הצווארון נרכס באמצאות לחצנית וקרס. לשמלה ביטנה מבד ורוד שקוף. בגב הביטנה תווית עם רקמת שם החנות: 'Donald Brooks'. , ובתפר פנימי בביטנת השמלה תווית נוספת עם הכיתוב  'Sacks Fifth Avenue'. מעל תווית זו,  תווית נייר עם המידע:  'Order no: 6623, Style: 711, Size: 10'.

Pink shift dress from the 1960s. The dress has a round neckline and thick straps at the shoulders. The dress is cut with a high waistline and at the front the waistline is cut so as to create a wide 'M' - rising to a point at either side of the bodice and dipping to a gentle centre point at the middle of the bodice. From the two raised points a large pleat is added at the skirt creating a slight flare to the A-line shape of the dress. At the back of the dress, the skirt area is fastened with a zip and the bodice area with 4 large buttons which are covered in the same fabric as the dress. At the back neckline, the closure is secured with a popper and a hook an eye. The dress is lined in with a sheer stiff pale pink organza fabric. 
Sewn into the back of the dress on the inside of the neckline is a white tag with 'Donald Brooks' embroidered in black. On the centre inside seam at the back of the skirt a small white tag is affixed with 'Sacks Fifth Avenue' embroidered in orange thread. Above this, a white paper tag is stitched with printed information about the garment: 'Order no: 6623, Style: 711, Size: 10'.
